Hypnotherapy


The hypnotic state is best thought of as a state of deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind is open to suggestions or ideas that are going to help you.

By achieving this state of deep relaxation, your critical conscious mind is bypassed which allows the subconscious mind to accept the new, more positive programming at a much deeper level.

The great thing is, once the subconscious mind accepts these new ideas, your behaviour and the way you feel about yourself has no choice but to change for the positive.



EFT


Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an energy technique that helps to resolve emotional distress and negativity.

It is based on the premise that the “cause of all negative emotions can be attributed to the disruption in the body’s energy system”.

The disruption to the energy system is why we continue to get upset by the same thing over and over again.

EFT is very safe, effective and easy to learn. It involves tapping on various points on the body that are associated with known meridian points. The tapping balances the energy, and the anxiety, stress or negativity associated with the problem is eliminated.



Hypnotherapy and EFT - A Powerful Combination


Hypnotherapy and EFT work amazingly well together.

The first part of any consultation is to discuss what you would like to treat and how you would like to change.

Once this is established, any negative emotions, beliefs or memories associated with the issue are cleared with several rounds of EFT.

Then using hypnosis and deep relaxation, your subconscious mind will be open to accepting the positive suggestions. This will then allow you to make better choices and to act more in alignment with what you want to achieve.
